The production process is very long, based on rigorous selection of wood in order to make the staves, to final stage of manufacturing the barrels.

Natural drying of wood for staves process outdoors, going through all weather conditions (rain, wind, frost, and natural heat).
This stage lasts for almost two years and it is necessary for the stave wood to lose the bitter essences of tannins and for the enrichment of the aromatic compounds.The barrel manufacturing process itself consists of:

The barrels are differentiated in the roasting process by four levels (easy, medium, medium plus and forte), which releases from wood different flavors like vanilla, cocoa, coffee or almonds.
